Good question.
Aix-en-Provence is in the South of France, about twenty minutes north of Marseille. The whole country is about the size of Texas, to give you an idea. In relation to the rest of the country, this is Aix:
a.k.a. very far from paris
My weekend travels have taken me to other towns nearby. In relation to Aix, here is where I've been (with Marseille and Saint-Tropez also noted for reference):
top to bottom: loumarin, aix, marseille, cassis, la ciotat, saint-tropez, nice, monaco
(ok, i didn't make this one)
At the very end of my study abroad experience, I'll make a map like these for all the places I go! That'll be really exciting.
