Today we arrived in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and drove to our hotel in Punta Mita. It is simply gorgeous here! The ocean practically comes right up to our balcony, a palm tree hangs over head, and mariache music plays somewhere down the beach. Also from where I'm sitting, I can see paddle boarders on the waves and T and Bearcat playing on the sand.
Our hotel suite is unbelievably fantastic. It's complete with three bathrooms, two bedrooms, a big kitchen, and lots of AC! We went to a Mega supermarket store (they literally sold everything!!!) and stocked up on food for the week. For a cart and a half full of groceries, it was like 1,200 pesos... not that much in dollars, though, of course ;)
Now, the sun's coming out and the humidity is making me want to dive right into those blue waves too!
