I didn't have much of a Fourth of July cookout last night, so tonight's dinner made up for it :)
Hot dogs sliced open Icelandic-style with ketchup and a swirl of mustard; warm, toasted bun; crunchy, salted Cape Cod chips.
Cape Cod is in Massachusetts - just like Boston, and the start of the Revolutionary War! What other chip could make a better Fourth/Fifth of July dinner?
